Terms & conditions
The reservation of the tourist lease will be confirmed only upon payment of the total amount of the agreed rent. Payment can be made by bank transfer or other accepted payment methods. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the tenant, the refund of the amount paid will depend on the established cancellation policies.
Length of Stay: The tourist lease will have a specific duration, agreed upon between the lessor and the lessee. The lessee agrees to abide by the established length of stay and to promptly notify any changes or extension requests.
Use of the Accommodation: The accommodation may be used exclusively for tourist purposes and may not be sublet or used for other commercial purposes without the permission of the lessor. The number of persons who may occupy the lodging is limited to the number agreed upon during booking. Any changes must be communicated to and approved by the lessor.
Care and maintenance: The tenant agrees to treat the lodging and its equipment with care, avoiding damage or misuse. Any damage caused during the stay will be charged to the tenant, who agrees to compensate the landlord for any necessary repair or replacement costs.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: The lessee is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and tidy during the stay. Upon check-out, the renter is responsible for leaving the accommodation in the same condition in which it was delivered upon arrival. Any additional cleaning fees may be charged if the accommodation is not returned in acceptable condition.
Responsibility and Safety: The renter is responsible for his/her own safety and the safety of guests during the stay. The landlord assumes no responsibility for any accidents, theft, or damage to persons or property while staying in the accommodation.
Local rules and regulations: The renter agrees to comply with all applicable local rules, laws and regulations during the stay. If these rules are violated, the renter will be responsible for any legal or administrative consequences that may result. These are just a few examples of terms and conditions that might be included in a tourist rental agreement. It is advisable to consult a lawyer or legal expert to adapt these terms to the specific requirements and local laws of the place where the tourist accommodation is located.
